Employer: The New Saints FC and The Venue at Park Hall

Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience and skillset. Bonus based on profit.

Role:

* To promote the two companies directly to the community;
* To raise attendances in the football club and increase footfall in The Venue;
* To reduce the cost of operations with suppliers
* To ensure return on investment and to include football club academy program
* To implement and expand the current business plan
* To explore all direct and indirect funding programs
* To maximise usage of The Venue in all areas;

Skills Needed:

* Candidate should be hands on and pro-active in their role
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Communicate with board
* Self motivated
* Team Leader
* Good front of house experience

Other Details:

* Operations Director reports directly to the Managing Director
* This role is not 9-5 due to the nature of the facility. The ability to work within flexible working patterns is essential.
