  • 30 minutes of high intensity cardio, resistance & body weight exercises. Ideal on it’s own or partnered with Fitness Yoga.

Abs Blast

  • £4 Per Class
  • 30 mins of exercises designed to tone and strengthen your abdominal and core muscles.
  • Thursday 6pm – 6.30pm

Pilates

  • £6 Per Class
  • A mainly mat exercise based class designed to mobilise, strengthen & lengthen.
    60 min class – A sequence of strengthening, mobilising and stretching exercises. Caters for all levels of ability and ages.
  • Monday 6.15pm & Thursday 10am & 7pm

Hula Hooping

  • £5 Per Class
  • A fun workout to train the hips and waist, and burn calories!
    You are guaranteed to have a great body workout and fun at the same time.

Fitness Yoga

  • A 30 minute fitness class using yoga postures to strengthen and stretch, ideal on its own or double up with abs blast.

  • A 45 minute class which will be fast paced, high intensity interval training, great for fat loss.
