Freestyle Fitness Yoga is a fitness program that incorporates stretch, strength and Yoga postures. It’s a great way to build your strength and flexibility, understand your body and effectively improve your posture, self-awareness and confidence.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga concentrates movement, breathing and the transitions from one posture to another. Our mentors will progress each individual at their own pace, based on the students potential strength gains and flexible limitations.
