Relax, stretch out and improve posture with Pilates

Pilates has also been known to help with a multitude of back problems by strengthening the body’s core muscles. This class is also a great way to wind down and relax after busy stressful days at work.

Class types:

  • Mixedflow – This class is suitable for all, from beginners to improver. Each mat work exercise offers a full demonstration amd various levels of difficulty. This class is now combined with Barreflow.
  • FastFlow – A unique up-tempo, accelerated Pilates based class fused with some dance! This class is more suited to regular exercisers.
