You'll have overall responsibility for the Venue's food and beverage operations. Able to quickly assemble an extremely skilled and motivated team, you'll ensure they consistently work to the highest standards. You'll also actively drive the sale of food and beverages, introducing appropriate incentives in order to increase business development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing all food and beverage operations
• Recruiting and developing a dedicated team
• Developing the food and beverage business
• Controlling costs in line with budgets
• Actively aiming to meet profit targets
• Meeting health and safety requirements

Your skills and qualifications will include:

• A good track record in a similar food and beverage role
• Proven recruitment and management abilities
• Previous marketing experience and good budgeting skills
• Excellent brand awareness
• First-class IT knowledge and a good level of numeracy
