Pilates 6.15pm – 7.15pm A mat exercise class designed to mobilise, strengthen & lengthen £6
Body Blast * 7.15pm – 7.45pm High intensity cardio, resistance & bodyweight exercises £4
Fitness Yoga * 7.45 pm – 8.15pm Yoga postures to strengthen and stretch. Ideal on its own or double up with Body Blast £4
Tuesday Zumba Gold Senior 2.30pm – 3.15pm Modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower-intensity £4
Senior Saints Social 3.30pm – 5.00pm Badminton, boccia, new age kurling, table tennis and more £4
Elite Academy Dance 5.00pm – 6.00pm Boys & girls 2-18-Learn to dance, acro & stretch, have fun, make new friends, build confidence & join a dance family £4

Adults Hula Hoop 6.00pm – 7.00pm Burn up to 450 calories per hour whilst strengthening abs and core muscles £6

Thursday Yoga Flow 9.15am – 10.15am Practise Yoga postures, explore Pranayama and basic meditation £6**
